Every food business near you that's just been given a rating of 0, 1 or 2 – emailed to you on Monday.

When a business is rated that low it needs someone who can help it back up, and that's your work. Hygiene Radar watches the database and sends you each new low rating in your area the week it's published, before your competitors have noticed it.

We watch the database. You reach out, however you normally would.

You set it up once. The list turns up on its own.

The watching is the part that runs itself. Deciding who's worth a call is the part that's yours – which is rather the point, because that's where your work comes from.

  1. Tell us your area and your trade. That's the whole setup, and it takes a minute.
  2. Each week we sweep the Food Standards Agency's public database for businesses near you newly given a rating of 0, 1 or 2.
  3. On Monday it's in your inbox – who failed, where, and a link to their record. Who you contact is up to you.

Why there's a gap here at all

There are roughly 14,500 food businesses in the UK sitting on a rating of 0, 1 or 2 right now, and a fresh batch is published every week – three to five weeks after the inspection, tucked away in a database almost nobody in your trade thinks to check.

So by the time a competitor happens across one of these, it's weeks stale. Hygiene Radar checks it every week and puts it on your desk on Monday, which means you get there first.
